Shipping
All shipments will be made by the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Customers will receive tracking information to their specified method of contact once packages are shipped. Once order is received, packages will ship within 5-7 business days and receipt time will be solely based on the United States Postal Service and their processing times. If a customer wishes to have a package expedited, they can send a request to info@yourpinkpearl.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
For bulk or wholesale orders, turnaround time is typically 2 weeks for shipment to be sent out. Please contact partner@pinkpearlinc.com for further information or additional requests.
Returns
We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.
